Thanks so much for your interest in making Fox Fest one of the BEST community fairs in the region! YOU, our vendors, are a big part of what makes this festival such a success and we truly appreciate you!

A well publicized and promoted event with LOTS of visitors, we do our best to make your investment worthwhile.

Vendor RENEWAL applications will be accepted in January and open to all vendors In February. We do our best to accommodate special requests in advance, if possible. "Rent a Potties" with hand washing station will be available in the food court area.

Your application and payment can be mailed to Caddo Mills Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 6, Caddo Mills, TX 75135 or dropped off at John Verity Farmers Insurance

Unloading for set up in front of your booth is 6:30 am to 8:00 am.

Unloading from a parked or standing vehicle in the vending area or Fox Trot route after 8:00 AM or before 4:00 pm will NOT be allowed.

Vehicles will be allowed in the vending area after 4:00 pm for loading.

***Vendors, please bring your own change especially small bills. There is not any place in town to get change on that day!!

Electric Power available with advanced request. A $5.00 fee applies.
